"I have to say that from the outset, my impression of Norwood and Co. has been one of timely response and high professionalism. They are in the midst of a pretty challenging project at our cottage that requires a lot of creativity and flexibility. Along the way, both the members of the crew and Adam in particular have been courteous, professional, and a lot of fun to work with. We are building a second garage at our cottage and the topography is challenging. On top of that, I want to do some of the work with my two sons and their Uncle. Norwood has done all of the site prep, excavation, stonework, concrete pad, etc. Adam is now “handing it off” to us so that we can make a few family memories by doing the framing, and the roof trusses. Adam will then come back to complete other/larger component of the project such as roofing, pouring sidewalks, paving the new driveways, and building a decorative retaining wall. He has also made the project move along smoothly by liasing with the building inspectors, arranging for and any compact tests that need to be completed in order to satisfy the engineer’s requirements, and making sure we follow the plans laid out by the architect and the engineer. Meantime, his crew are first class all the way! Tony, Trevor, Craig, Greg, Steve, Mohammed, and Josh have all been fun to work and I’ve actually learned a lot by watching and asking questions. We’ve got to know the team now, and we're looking forward to seeing them around the place as we move thru the rest of the project. The fun of all this is being able to partner in a completely customized way. I’m sure not everyone is interested in doing some of the things we’re doing, but it’s nice to know that a builder is willing to work alongside you and let you participate where possible.

I would absolutely recommend Norwood and Co. to anyone that is interested in any kind of construction project at all. They are a full service team, but they’re also willing to provide customized support when needed. This garage is our first project together, and I’m looking forward to future projects as we continue to develop our property."
